We called Total Comfort when our heating unit went on the fritz. Within hours it was repaired and running pefectly. The service was professional and prompt and the price more than fair. I wouldn't call anyone else.

Jason Riley and his crew at Total Comfort really impacted our lives for the better on the hottest days of the year. Our air conditioning went out on Thursday they found one in Billings on Friday morning and four men with Jason supervising to the end, put the new AC in on Friday afternoon from 3:00 until 7:30 at night when it was 103° out. Quality work and service! What an amazing crew thank you so much! JAY and BETH MANTHEI

Based off of our experiences with other services in Sheridan and our overall customer service experience, Total Comfort is by far the BEST business. Hands down, no questions asked. They arrive at our residence, with huge smiles, ask what exactly we had been been having issues with, then immediately identify the problem. They want to fix the problem and they do. They fix the issue with golden stars. They do not want just a paycheck, they want to provide top of line service and satisfy the customer. I could go on and on but overall, never 2nd guess, go with Total Comfort never question it.. period!
