I smile as I write this recommendation because it is more about the person. When you meet someone who really cares, takes the time to research behind the scene, and is devoted to finding a solution you know their business is about integrity and ethical standards. Many years ago I recognized I do not know what others do everyday in their positions or at there business. So, I learned to respect those who fill there day with caring, learning, commitment, and a true love for seeing the best in everyone.
