This company is not only very responsive, professional and reasonable, they really care about their customers and each situation. I referred my daughter to them and they have taken excellent care of her needs with real concern for her family in doing so. They not only answer their phones when you call, they call you back and show up when they say they will, go the extra mile to make sure everything is right before they leave even if it's over and above what they were requested for. These folks do things the way they used to be done and should be done by all businesses. Thanks to you all, you're terrific!!!

Murphy's Law struck again when the weather turned frightfully cold. When I turned on the furnace for the first time in the season, it didn't work. Realizing the urgency, Powder River promptly showed up, assessed that our 35-year-old heater was toast, and suggested LIEAP as a financial aid to get a new one. They were Johnny-on-the-spot, answered my many questions, had a fabulous team from the beginning to the final assessment, etc. The new furnace is working brilliantly, and I'll be warm and comfy for many winters to come.
