On our 40 year old house, we had a new roof put on (rafters, insulation, sheeting, facia, soffit and gutters), replace a balcony and a new shower/bath area done...feels like a new house! “Had them do some work at the house. Nothing major but so far I am very pleased with the results. Been 1 year and only one small crack in the retaining wall. But no concrete can be completely perfect. Too many factors to take into consideration when it comes to concrete.“
