Margaret has been doing my hair for quite some time. We've never had an issue until my last service. While I am sympathetic to things going on in her personal life, it shouldn't have impacted her work the way it did. We had multiple conversations about the services I wanted, with photos and estimates. However, I was pretty shocked when the appointment took over three hours. Time is not the issue though. Margaret was completely unprepared. She didn't have the correct toner or even a place to wash me out. She actually suggested using a DIRTY MOP BUCKET or hosing me down in the alley. I'm fussy about my hair. I want it to look natural, but to be colors that not many people genetically have. Bright and bold, but natural looking. That's tough. Margaret nails it every time. I love coming to her salon, because of the vibe. Margaret is a "take you as you are" kind of person. For anyone who wants to talk, she is one of the most kind and non-judgemental humans in town. I come into her chair feeling tired and a little beat up from the world, and I always leave feeling happier than when I came in and loving my new hair. Couldn't recommend her and Allure more highly.

She was amazing!! I showed her what I wanted and she hit the ball out of the park. I love what she did with my hair!!! Not to mention the atmosphere and vibe she has is amazing. It made the experience enjoyable and well worth it!! I’d 10/10 would recommend her!!
