I just want to take minute to say thank you Amanda. (We just happen to have the same name ?). She was so helpful went above and beyond helping me diagnose what was going on with my heater. Being in customer service for 25 years I hold folks to a high standard when it comes to customer service and she did not disappoint. Thank you so much Custom Air for making her your front line. She’s incredible I highly recommend this company. My experience was phenomenal.

We used Custom Air Inc for our new home. We are new to this area and we’re greeted like friends and family. They were very informative in selecting our needs and options available for our budget. Had great suggestions on effective units for this climate. They were respectful in our construction request to not install ducting until after spray foam insulation was completed. Installed a natural gas forced air furnace and electric air conditioner unit. System works flawlessly. This is my first and last stop for air conditioning in Cody WY. Our air conditioner went out and they were here the next day. They had to order a part, but even then our A/C was back up and running the day after they got here.
