We got a flat tire on our way back from work in rock River headed to Rawlins, We pulled up at the shop and everybody was already gone but we called and Robert was an hour out from the shop but he instantly called another guy to meet us at the shop to assist us.
They filled the tire up only to find out We cracked a rim , so all he could offer was to tow our truck.
But he was awesome enough to let us keep the truck parked a few days until we could go to Cheyenne to get a new wheel. They were sand up people and we appreciate the generosity and compassion they gave us! Thank you guys so much!
My wife, 2 kids, and I had our truck break down while pulling our camper 50 miles from any town with a repair shop. A state trooper recommended this service. The driver was extremely courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend them.
After being stranded on I-80 for 10 hours with no sign of anyone coming to help us, Robert from Crossroads Towing came to save the day and get my family to a hotel. Robert is super easy going and incredibly caring. He told us that if we needed any help finding a part for our truck that he’d find a way to get one from Casper, WY for us. We had a long stay in Rawlins, WY, because the part was out of state, but now we are on our way home. Thank you, Robert!
