Stephanie is the best at what she does. She is one of the few massage therapists that can really get in the zone and find your pain and imbalances and then she does an outstanding job at helping you heal. Massage therapy isn’t just a one time appointment, it takes time to loosen and stretch muscles and Stephanie is excellent at what she does!
Stephanie did a fantastic job and really made the experience so relaxing. Her technique with breathing made the massage a lot more worth while with healing and relaxing. I can't wait to schedule my next appt.!!!!
