We were on a road trip and our dog got injured, they got us in and treated our dog. They were very nice and we were relieved we were able to take care of our dog while on the road! Very knowledgeable and professional. 10/10
My cats have been regular patients here for five years, and I can’t speak highly enough of the staff and care at Gem City. All the vets are wonderful. Dr. Walker helped us solve a long term, recurring ear infection in our cat (it was food allergy!) and most recently Dr. Gill saved my cat when he had a toxic lily exposure. The emergency happened on a weekend, and they could have easily told me to go to Fort Collins emergency. Instead Dr. Gill called in technicians who weren’t scheduled to work, and they saved my cat, hospitalizing him for several days. I just took Lenny there for a check up, vaccinations and blood work. The ENTIRE STAFF gave my fur boy so much lovins and were so and sweet to my dog. Price very reasonable prices, professional, staff and very transparent. I will be returning. Thank you Gem City!!!!
