They did a great job on a flashing repair over summer. No leak since. Like most contractors in Laramie, the only problem was scheduling and timing. It's been that way here since early 2020.

Gem City repaired roofing around my chimney before the summer rain that flooded parts of town. It's really hard to know if the fix will last for leaks like this one, but the new flashing and sealant kept the water out and I hope that will last. I got a quick and reasonable estimate and didn't wait too long for the repair. To date, I'm very happy.

The wind storm blew off lots of our shingles. Even though Gem City was insanely busy they still got out to us pretty fast. They gave us an estimate that wasn't overpriced and fixed our roof that day. Highly recommend them to everyone!!!
