For background I have been a construction project manager for over $50M of work. We agreed to Time and Material work for wood siding installation. After 4 days of work I received an invoice from Maldonado for $9,800. Due to lack of productivity I had to ask him to stop work there. The next crew I hired gave me an invoice for 2 men after 1 day for $960. That crew got more done for $960 than Maldonado did for $9,800. Further, the workers installed the siding with 1" variation which is well beyond the accepted tolerance of 1/4" and readily visible to the naked eye. I highly recommend Eduardo Maldonado Builders. We have worked together on several remodeling projects here in Jackson Hole. Eduardo and his crew are professional, courteous and easy to communicate with. Their workmanship and attention to detail consistently deliver a quality product. His PM, Jay, has an unparalleled ability to anticipate problems and offer creative solutions. Very refreshing!
