Staff are great! Libby understood the loud noises bothered me and adjusted my hearing aids accordingly. Jade was excellent and knowledgeable to work with for scheduling and working with the va.
I am a veteran and the VA is completely swamped. Jade and Dr Mehle REALLY helped me out when dealing with the VA. I spent 12 months trying to get my hearing aids fixed. Jade took over and in no time had new hearing aids. I met with Dr Mehle in Lander, I live in Thermopolis, and she did a great job of fitting me with new hearing aids that actually work. I have had a wonderful experience with BRC Family Solutions and highly recommend them. It is the people that make the difference and they made a real difference in my life.
