It's starting to become real that they don't care for their fish and what not well. My husband and I both love fish and having our tanks. We've purchased many fish, frogs, and shrimp from this store. Most have died, we are probably close to $100 lost at this point. We frequently come here because Casper doesn't have many options and PetsMart was worse for us. Went in a few days ago, looking at fancy goldfish and they had many covered in parasites. I also got my husband frogs and they died already. Our tanks are clean and self sustaining, it's becoming really annoying to purchase anything from here. They simply need to do better, not just in customer service, but overall animal care.

On the 27th of October i purchased a hamster at this casper store, I live in riverton, which is about a 2 hour drive. i noticed the hamster was lethargic when i got home and about 6 hours later the hamster was dead. When i called the store they told me i needed to bring the animal back in order to get my refund. When i did bring the hamster back, about 4 days later, they accused me of stressing the animal out and killing it. I will never buy any live animals from them ever again, and i do not recommend buying live animals from them to anyone.

Done business for several years at this Casper store. Not any more. Husband in hospital and I am home sick. Family friend kind enough to run errands for this old lady and deliver them 30 miles away. All errands run, even a pharmacy pickup. Get to Petco to pickup dog food and was refused. Order states it's being picked up and not by me. They were rude to him and offered no help. So, I called the store. The first gal was rude and so was her manager. Pretty much stated they didn't care. I need to call the 1800 number on my order and get a refund. So, you just told me you didn't need or want our business anymore! No problem. Wish granted!
