The people here are AMAZING! We went there on recommendation of a contractor we know and have been completely satisfied with all aspects of the process. We purchased our granite counter top through Renae! She is great to work with and always remembered our names! Dallas and Desarae did a great job with the template and everything was spot on when it was installed! Even the installers were great to work with! Great attitude and interacted with us while installing the counter. I will recommend them to everyone!
Desiree does a great job getting quick and accurate quotes back. She sets realistic expectations for special order material arrival times, and works extremely well coordinating jobs that involve multiple subs and phases of construction.
Quality flooring was in my home 6 times to fix carpet they installed in my home. I am very unhappy with with this business. If it wasn't for Mark Block I fear it would have never been done right.
In the end they only reimbursed me for the 4 months worth of storage of my furniture and belongings. Never mind the fact that I had to move my stuff 3 times. Also the days before and after to move my things... I am totally disappointed with their buisness manner in general.
Mark Block and Hailey Jacobsen is the saving grace of this company and saved this review from a one star.
