Tim was down to earth, changed out my kitchen faucet as well as replaced leaking valve. Explained and showed me what needed done and what he did. Cleaned up his mess as he went. I am very impressed and will call Long's for future plumbing needs. Great work at a fair price, I highly recommend them.
The sewer pipes under my house were never attached correctly and would come apart when the temperature dropped below zero. I battled it last winter and a competitor came out, once, but only band-aided the problem because he was cold (lol). The pipes continued to come apart in the cold. This time I called Long's on a holiday evening with temperatures below zero, and they came out the same day despite having numerous calls that night. They crawled underneath with new pipe and a SawZall and actually fixed the problem for good! I was so relieved. They were heroes, and cheerful, too. Highly recommend.
