I Heart yoga has a beautiful studio with a friendly atmosphere. They have a variety of classes everyday of the week and also offer private lessons which is great if I can't make a scheduled class.
To have an instructor like Sivanna in Star Valley is truly heaven sent. She understands the needs of individual students and gives modifications when needed. She also good at pushing the more advanced students just a little bit farther! Thank you for sharing yoga with me and our community!
