We are RVers visiting Cody with a caravan of 25 coaches. We realized that our cat needed to be hydrated. Friday afternoon I stopped by the clinic explained my situation and the staff worked us in for 8 AM Monday. I showed up and they immediately worked with getting her hydrated so we could depart on time for our next destination. Staff was professional and hospitable.
I'm in Cody working for the summer and needed to bring my 15 year old, blind dog in for euthanasia. It was pretty sudden and on a Friday afternoon over the lunch hour. I'd called a couple other places but was told I'd have to wait till Monday, which was not an option. The staff at Lifetime bent over backwards to get us in, and were exceptionally kind and caring throughout the entire process. I appreciate them giving me the gift of being able to say goodbye in the gentlest, kindest way possible. They were professionals every step of the way, but also took the time to offer empathy and support. I can't say enough good about them.
Traveling across the US on a summer vacation and needed our dog checked out. it was such a pleasure to deal with the doctor and her staff at this vet clinic. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable and kind to our dog, they were very very friendly to us and we absolutely enjoyed our visit. In fact, I’m calling them again today for something else that we need for our dog. I Highly recommend this vet clinic!
