I have worked with Groathouse Construction on several projects over the last 15+ years and have always been impressed with their work. They are very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. They do quality work and are very transparent with construction costs and schedules. (No hidden surprises!) They have a great team of employees and I enjoy working with them.

We have worked with Groathouse Construction on many projects including Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build projects both as the Architect of Record and the Associate Architect. They have always been a great contractor to work with always keeping the owner's interests in mind. They are quality, budget and schedule conscious throughout the project.
