We're so glad that we found these gentlemen to put a new furnace/heat pump in our large 40x50 foot Cleary barndominium. Larry showed exceptional knowledge about heating and cooling systems, and offered helpful info about rebates on certain models. Vic did a masterly job connecting a new gas line, and running pipe where we needed it. Both men were friendly, efficient, engaging, and informative. We love our new HVAC system and highly recommend BCS.
Sep 2023 Update - We have continued use Larry and Vic at BCS over the past four years and remain big fans. They recently completed a large multi-system/unit replacement/upgrade and couldn't be happier with the entire experience.Original Review - Let me add my praise to the list of five-star reviews for BCS. Larry and Vic tag-teamed a very challenging furnace replacement with the same focus on quality and attention to detail expressed by other reviewers/satisfied customers. A super HVAC resource and I can't thank them enough.
Larry was great. He answered my first phone call and had my heat up and running again with in two hours. He was knowledgeable and professional. I would use him again in a heartbeat.
