“5 stars and many thanks to Isaac and Paul, who came to our rescue on this beautiful Saturday. A hose bib failed on the side of the house during use, and wouldn't turn off. We jury rigged something temporary so the water bill wouldn't be awful, then called Bull Ridge. They were able to get it fixed within just a couple of hours of the initial call. Very communicative through the whole process, and both were very professional and considerate. They even asked where to park so they wouldn't block the neighbors driveway. While it's never especially fun to have to pay weekend rates, it was definitely worth it to us to get things fixed quickly. (Side note, they did try something to see if that would hold things until Monday but sadly it didn't work. Was glad to see they at least tried to save us the extra expense from a weekend repair.) Will definitely return to this business for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend.“
