Krystal was nothing less than amazing patient and kind! I went in kind of in a panic and she immediately stepped forward to help me out! I honestly felt like she was my friend, not an employee!!! Thank you Krystal for saving the day! She would definitely get a raise for her customer service!

I went in today looking for a new foundation that matches my skin and Krystal helped me find just that and more!! She helped me match a foundation, find a great blush and a mascara to keep a natural look but helps my eyes pop ?
I'm limited to 5 stars but would definitely give her more!!

A Shout out to my hairstylist, Jonathan and the rest of the crew at the Cheyenne Ulta. As Jonathan was doing my hair consultation, the fire alarms went off. Management said we had to evacuate the mall until we knew what was going on. We were not outside very long, but the experience was very pleasant because of Jonathan and his coworkers. We were all joking that, if the alarm went off five minutes later, I would be standing outside with wet hair and a cape on. We were fortunate, because there was wasn’t an actual fire. Thank you to Jonathan and the Ulta crew for turning a scary experience into a lighthearted adventure.
