Ashley gave me a nice shape and did same day brow booking, which was nice. She also ripped out a small chunk of my eyelid with the wax. Which was not so nice :(The store staff was also very kind & helpful over the phone, Jonathan helped me book/change appts with no problem when the website didn't work for me.

Customer service was amazing! I had ordered an item on the app and went to pick up item at store but they were out of a promotional item. The manager went out of her way to make sure I received a similar promotional product from my favorite skin care brand. I really appreciated her going above and beyond today.
