Tough Guys installed the sprinkler system at the house we rent. The first spring it went in, they had to come back 5 or 6 times just to get it running, by which point the lawn was completely brown. Then, in the fall when they came to blow out the sprinkler system, there was a leak in the line running under a raised bed where I was growing a fall crop of greens. After explicitly saying that I didn't want this bed to be disturbed, they dug the entire thing up, ruining my planting and damaging the garden. I would recommend avoiding hiring Tough Guys at all costs.

I called Tough Guys to repair a leak in our sprinkler system, back in August 2021. They were very slow in getting to it, which I understand, because they are busy, but I felt it was over priced for what they did and it is leaking in the same spot again, only about one (1) month later. I am not pleased with them at all.
