I called Tough Guys to repair a leak in our sprinkler system, back in August 2021. They were very slow in getting to it, which I understand, because they are busy, but I felt it was over priced for what they did and it is leaking in the same spot again, only about one (1) month later. I am not pleased with them at all.

We had Tough Guys perform a big landscape project at the Hampton Inn here in Laramie. We are very happy with the work done and have received many compliments from our guests at the hotel. We found the Tough Guys team to be hard working, thorough and great to work with! We highly recommend them.

Paid a lot to have flag stone installed. I don't think they put any type of base prior. Needless to say most of the sand ran off. Called them to find out what kind of sand they used, and they never returned our call. I will never use them for any type of work.
