The furnace shop is by far the best service for maintenance on heating and Cooling systems. Shawn came out over the weekend to service the heater that was not working. He said he had to order a part. He promptly got the part and came back in the late evening and got the house nice and toasty. I used him for my AC installation and was so much lower priced than other contractors. My wife and I can't say enough good about this business. I called, just to get my furnace checked for the winter, and Sean found a crack in the heat exchanger. Yes, it took a while to hear back from him. One person running the whole show, but very friendly, easy going, and went way out of his way to try and find us a good quality replacement furnace. We all know just how hard it is to get ANYTHING shipped these days with this pandemic. Sean contacted numerous distribution centers, and somehow, found what we were looking for, right here in Cheyenne. He was was VERY FAIR with both furnace cost, and installation.
