I took my car in for an oil change. I got in and out pretty quick! Drove to Denver on our way home I kept hearing a dragging noise, when we got back into town we looked under the vehicle and had drug the skid guard all the way home!! I called them the next day and they got me in said it was because the technician forgot to put the bolts back on! They had to order a whole new piece! Fast forward 8 months needed an oil change took it back, what are the chances of that happening again...well it did!! This time I took it back and the manager blamed it on the snow, the other manager of the front desk said it was a combination of wind and snow, the bolts loosened and it fell! They didn't explain any of this when I picked it up, nobody even spoke to me I had to call the manager after I left! I will never go back, they are rude and act like you are bothering them because they neglected to do a very basic job correctly!

Where do I begin? I called the Spradley-Barr Cheyenne dealership and let them know I was having trouble with my air conditioning, the rear door lock, and that the door was retaining water. I asked what day they could get me in because I couldn't go without my vehicle for more than a day without making other arrangements. They asked me to bring them my vehicle first thing in the morning on a Monday. When I arrived, the attendant had no idea why I was there. Silly me for thinking I had an appointment and someone had written down the reason for the appointment. I repeated the reasons for the appointment. The dealership called me at 3:30 pm to tell me they had not done any work on my vehicle and needed to keep it another day. Silly me again for thinking that I had a service appointment first thing that morning. The dealership called me at 2:30pm the next day to say my vehicle was ready. When I picked up my vehicle I was told the air conditioning needed a simple recharge. I was charged around $380. If that wasn't enough, the inside of the vehicle smelled like body odor. The next day, the air conditioner went out - AGAIN. The rear door lock was never addressed and the next time I went to the car wash, my door retained water. This dealership didn't check for a leak in the air conditioning and never addressed the other items I mentioned. They made an appointment they ignored and kept my vehicle an extra day. Then they charged me $380 for the trouble. If that wasn't enough, the inside of my vehicle smelled like body odor. I drove back to work with all the windows down and the sunroof open just to air out the inside. The SpradleyBarr Cheyenne dealership must feel like they have a captive audience and their level of service shows it. If you need a new vehicle or, God forbid, vehicle maintenance, do yourself a favor and drive the 50+ miles to one of the Colorado dealerships.

I was looking at a truck and they said it was in the shop, so I gave them my name and number to contact me when it was out. I called and called and called and they never answered or got back to me. I finally just go in and check again and they sold it from under me. Do not go to Spradley Barr Motors Ford! They don't answer their phones. They were rude to me as soon as I walked in asking me how I plan to pay for it and gave a little chuckle. Judging me because I look young and they think I can't afford it. WORST DEALERSHIP AROUND!!!!
