I had an emergency situation with my sprinkler system. (Ben) was able to the same day I called. He assessed the situation and was able to make the repair quickly as well. He's extremely knowledgable and extremely good at what he does, as he was able to solve another problem I couldn't get solved by other professionals. Ben was super courteous and conscientious and it's very apparent he cares very much about customer satisfaction. The cost was very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend Ben, he's excellent! We are very new to owning a sprinkler system and had no idea how operate . Ben was extremely knowledgeable , and very professional . He quickly ran threw the system and insured the entire system was in proper working order . He walked us through some things and made us very confident to run the system on our own . I initially called two company's for this job . I based my desescion on SIMPLY LAWN from a review here .So I want to add my own review to encourage more to choose this great company . I'm so glad I chose Simply Lawn and they will get my call for everything needed in the future .
