Normally I enjoy a good trip to the depot, but this time not so much. I was on a weird mission today for a laser level that needed to show up on a dark surface. I asked a gentleman named Andrew for some advice as I don't necessarily know what I'm looking for. I wanted something stronger than the previous laser level I had. And I asked about one that was $149. He said it should work for what I was looking for. I wanted to read the box to determine but since it was a locked up item I had to first purchase it. They deserve -5 stars. 2 years ago, they used to surpassed other home improvement stores in Cheyenne when it came to customer service. NOT NOW! One of the day assistant manager can't even be bothered to help when his staff isn't able to find an item (even after numerous pages). He was too busy. The last straw was going in before closing to get 3 of 1 item they were supposed to have 11 of in stock. I had purchased the same item a month before so I knew right where it was supposed to be. Long story short, couldn't find it so asked the older man at the front desk to page someone. Waited and then they announced they were closed and when I returned up front... read full review

If we could give them 0 stars we would. We ordered a shed months ago in store and we were expecting installation soon. Come to find out that Home Depot had cancelled our order a month ago and didn't even bother to call us. When we called them, their response was basically too bad and if you want to put in another shed order we may get it to you in the fall and we won't do anything at all to make this right. Congrats Home Depot on forever losing our substantial business for remodeling our home to Lowes and Menards. We have never been treated like this at those places.
