High quality products, high quality service and installation. I appreciated the expertise and professionalism of all of the staff and especially the installer's personable and respectful personality, which made having someone in the home for several days less stressful and looked forward to seeing hime each day. The windows on the entire first floor of the house were replaced by Pella and I am extremely satisfied with the results. Had higher end product on the front and simpler windows on the back. Also had a combination of slider, double hung, crank windows and are pleased with all of them. Just wish they continued to make the windows with the shades inside the glass.

I represent a 24-unit retirement community in Laramie. Pella has wonderful staff who walked us through our options and gave a fabulous presentation to our residents. They answered every question. Their installer, Dave, is friendly and communicative. We have about 1/3 of our windows installed (BIG project) and are so thrilled with the results! Residents have noticed an immediate and significant decrease in the noise and complete blockage of cold coming through their windows. Reasonable price, top-notch product, and excellent service.
