This past week our central air system stopped cooling our house. Temperatures were rising the more the AC unit worked. Called Mr. B's to see if they could have our system looked at, since we had the maintenance plan through them. They quickly responded first thing the following morning. They assessed the problem as a leak in the coil on the outside condenser unit. With some further research they found out this part was currently unavailable and with no expected production date. This was a HEIL system that was originally installed in home in 2016 surprise HEIL is no longer producing parts. DJ came out and provided us some options to fix this issue. Thank you so much for being quick, responsive and easy to work with. My husband and I discovered our furnace had a fried circuit board. Mr B's hooked us up and got a new board installed same day while also providing some useful education during the process.
Should’ve posted here over a week ago as well. I’m just getting my life back together after I had a pipe brushed in my home. I had to have some pipe fixed but the following day my furnace went out. I had one company come out they said I would need a new furnace, I definitely couldn’t afford that. I had Mister B’s come out they took a look realized it wasn’t my whole furnace. It was my pilot light charged me 100 bucks lit my pilot light got my heater back up and running. This was during the days where it was super cold took him all of 30 minutes would definitely recommend this company gentleman who came out was nice understanding couldn’t have asked for a better... read full review
