Drove all the way to Cheyenne from Fort Collins to get a procedure done, continuously called nurses to inform them of what was happening and make sure it was okay just to get to the Cheyenne office and get sent back 10 minutes later because they didn't have the appropriate tools to do my procedure. You'd think a nurse would have noticed in the various times that I called, but no, I'm just beyond disappointed.
