Because of an unexpected change in our bathroom remodel plan we were short a few pieces of the glass trim tile. Placing an order which would take 3 weeks was out of the question so I began calling tile companies in a 4 state area. Teresa, with your company in Cheyenne WY was the only person who seemed interested in helping, in fact, she said she understood my frustration and would do all she could to help. Within a day she had found 5 pieces of my desperately needed tile. I immediately made plans to drive the 300 miles from my home in Rapid City and picked up the tile. Teresa was a life saver!!

Kaiser has a large selection of high quality carpeting, as well as a good selection of tiles and vinyl flooring. In addition, the management is polite and does a good job helping you find what you want. The showroom is attractive and has many items on display. Relatively cheap for the fantastic quality
