After learning of ice forming in attic due to broken pipe, we contacted SMP and literally within a couple of hours a temporary pipe was inserted in attic and box fan (provided by SMP) was working to dry and melt ice. During this drying period Ryan came in frequently and monitored area before new piping could be installed. With weather permitting (as heat had to be turned off for several hours) the crew came in on a warmer weather day, early morning and completed the work, no fuss, no mess and very professional.
