This home health agency is run by good people with integrity. That’s coming from a Nurse of 33 years. If you’re a nurse you should consider working for them if you bring good work ethic to your practice. Sharon

My family had a wonderful experience with everyone we worked with at Humble Horizon. They were all very professional, friendly and above all, very caring! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for Home Health Care!

My husband has been getting home health care from Humble Horizons for many months now. The CNAs have all been very kind and do a wonderful job. The nurse, Jennifer, is absolutely amazing. My husband was becoming really ill and she came over to check on him and realized he needed to be hospitalized. She called 911 and stayed with us and made sure the EMTs had all the info they needed. And she made sure I was okay after my husband left in the ambulance.

Medical Services- We will provide care after surgery, medication set up and education, wound care, education on dealing with long-term illnesses (Dementia Alzheimer's). Non-Medical Services- If you need help with the chores around your home, we will help you by providing a light house cleaning, and meal preparation, we will also help with grooming, bathing as well. Companionship- We realize that not everyone has a illness so if you are just looking for someone to spend time with, have coffee or just someone to have a good conversation with we will provide. Respite- If you need to run errands or just get out for awhile we will come sit with your love one for up to 8hrs while you get away. Hospice and Home Health Aide Case Management
