The staff and Dr. Eldred were very professional and amazing at taking care of me. Getting my prescription was super painless and fast. I got my first pair of contacts through them and I felt like they genuinely cared about my comfort and answered all of my questions.

They have a good selection of glasses and the staff is friendly and professional. The doctor is knowledgeable. I knocked one star because they warranted my glasses for a year for any reason. I brought them in broken to have them adjusted and they did not offer to warranty them out. I told them they were brand new. I forgot about the warranty. It would have nice if they had offered. Instead I needed up buying a new pair.

This was my first eye appointment here in Cheyenne and I cannot say enough great things about Eldred Eye Center. They were kind, efficient, and the whole experience was positive. The Owner, Dr. David, was wonderful and all of his employees that have been there for some time were knowledgeable and easy to work with. Highly, highly recommend going here! Best eye exam I have ever had in my life.
