The staff and Dr. Eldred were very professional and amazing at taking care of me. Getting my prescription was super painless and fast. I got my first pair of contacts through them and I felt like they genuinely cared about my comfort and answered all of my questions.

They have a good selection of glasses and the staff is friendly and professional. The doctor is knowledgeable. I knocked one star because they warranted my glasses for a year for any reason. I brought them in broken to have them adjusted and they did not offer to warranty them out. I told them they were brand new. I forgot about the warranty. It would have nice if they had offered. Instead I needed up buying a new pair.

I have to be honest, I was unhappy with my glasses, but my insurance was taking forever to go through so I procrastinated going in to get my prescription and frames fixed. I eventually went back in and the staff helped me in spite of it all. Destiny and Sarah were extremely kind, patient, and helpful in getting my prescription fixed and my frames exchanged at no charge to me. I would highly recommend Eldred to anyone in the Cheyenne area. Their customer service is phenomenal!
