Being in the business as long as Mitch & Mike have been, and having only having eight reviews at the time of MY review, speaks volumes. They were straight forward, did not give false time line expectations (no one can control weather), communicated well via email on the weekdays, listened to our requests & made changes if need be. They provided a variety sub contractors for us to choose from and helped us stay on time & budget with friendly reminders. “We love our floors so much! We bought a rehab home and wanted to tear out the carpet in the bedrooms and living room to match the existing hardwood throughout the rest of the house. They matched it perfectly and buffed out the existing to make it look nice and to make sure it matched the new flooring. They knew we were coming in to do a ton of work to the house so they told us they would wait to do the final buff and coat until we were done! Once we let them know we were ready they came in and completed the job. It was such a comfort during our remodel and super helpful! Highly recommend!“
