Codee Dalton is a dream realtor! She helped us find a home in Cheyenne while we were out of state. My husband is military, I was very pregnant at the time and she knew the importance of finding us a home FAST with everything we wanted. #1 Properties allows us to make great investments in the properties we buy and sell. They have some great people in the office who are a huge asset to finding you a property that you'll be very happy with. We can't wait to use them again.
I think of the staff as not only my realtors, but my friends. They are wonderful to work with. Always availible when I need them, they take the stress away from buying and selling a commercial property. I couldn't ask for a better team to work with.
