Codee Dalton is a dream realtor! She helped us find a home in Cheyenne while we were out of state. My husband is military, I was very pregnant at the time and she knew the importance of finding us a home FAST with everything we wanted. She connected with us daily, she did virtual tours for us, and she was timely. By the time we moved to Cheyenne all we needed to do was an actual walk-through. We did that and she made sure everything was situated and done in a timely manner. We literally closed within 2 months of moving here! She was amazing. Always responded to messages and phone calls and wanted us to LOVE our home. She was open and honest about the entire process and it was just so sweet! We were dreading it because selling our old home was a nightmare but Codee made buying here a dream! She is sweet, personable, and 100% invested in finding the perfect home for you! I HIGHLY recommend her to be your realtor!
Maria is absolutely one of THE WORST realtors in Cheyenne. She does not disclose to her buyers that they are responsible for closing costs and when it becomes aware, she will not help them by taking out of her own commission, but she will be quick to take the offer and help of the another party of the sale! She delayed our closing due to negligence of communication- first by not communicating to our lender, realtor, or the title company that her buyer was unable to close on the originating date, but 3 days later. Mind you- this came to light less than 24 hours before the closing was to take place. We heard she offered us help with our moving expenses for the inconvenience and extra costs we incurred, but when closing rolled around, she never mentioned another word about it. So basically, her word means nothing. Come closing day, the buyers were scheduled, AT THEIR REQUEST, to close at 1pm. Low and behold, I get a call from title that the wife won't close until after 3 sometime, pushing back the wire of funds for the purchase of our new home, payoff of the loan for the home we were selling in this transaction, and our additional equity check. Maria's communication skills lack, and that's putting it lightly. She needs much more training on the ethics of the realty world. If we were not set to close the day this all happened, I would have easily refused her clients solely because of her and everything she put us through. Thank goodness we had an amazing realtor to get us through this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MARIA TO ANYONE. Save your time and go with someone else who won't make you stress or worry about last minute, avoidable changes or refuse to take accountability.
Rude after said I didn't want to spend alot and I wasn't interested in a 300 k house and I said I would build a house out of town I know this is pity but I don't like when people like Stephanie think they are better than others and look down there nose at others fyi I went in and asked for info on a 150 k condo
