The Groomer changed to a new Owner almost a year ago and she has done an absolutely wonderful job turning the place around! The new owner is super dedicated to the dogs and owners. I have called multiples times last minute as she has been able to accommodate, and if she isn't able to accommodate that day she gives me plenty of options within the week or so. Our dogs have built a great bond with Savannah and we will not be taking our dogs anywhere else. As for the comments retarding it being expensive, you get what you pay for. I took my dog in for a bath service and everyone was super helpful and sweet! My dog gets way too excited and has extreme anxiety and they were still loving and patient with him. The prices are great and Jana did an amazing job with my schedule and getting me in when I need him to be :) I will be coming back and I highly recommend this place!
