We called Ross Carpet Cleaning as we were moving out and putting our house on the market. We have 4 dogs...and it was a very muddy spring. Everything was a breeze working with him - scheduling, very reasonably priced, professional, quality work and honest. For the honesty - I paid him the day of services and left the invoice on the counter. My fiance thought I left the invoice for him and mailed a check. Ross Carpet Cleaning returned our check with a friendly note. I was confused at first until I realized what happened. If he had not returned the check, we would have paid twice and neither one of us would have known otherwise. So when I say honest, I mean it!! We'll definitely use his services in the future!!
James Ross did a great job, he communicated well, showed up on time and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets with pet products. Price was very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend this service.
