My sisters and I had an excellent experience at the West Spa. We each had a hot stone massage and came out refreshed, relaxed, and renewed! 10/10 service from each practitioner- we appreciate you!!!
I have had everything from a wax, to a facial, and even for massages and in every appointment with Nikkia I have had the most respectable, comfortable and professional experience. Nikkia oozes professionalism. She made me feel comfortable, welcome, and has elite “bedside manner”. Each massage I’ve received was better than the one prior. As you tell her your issues; she addresses every single issue you named. She actually cares about your health and wellbeing after the fact. She is the best in the entire area.
