I must admit I was very disappointed in the service I received. When Cynthia came to give me a quote I explained to her that I wanted a "spring cleaning" meaning everything scrubbed down except for the walls and ceilings. She did not do the doors or windows on the doors, was supposed to clean the inside of my cabinets in the kitchen (did not do this), she did not do the baseboards going up the stairs or any baseboard or doors upstairs. She was supposed to help organize my closets and only did 2 closets (I have 6). She was supposed to take things off my walls and also clean all the nicnacs on the walls (did not do). i have other cleaners before and they had missed a few things but mrs criswell went above and beyond my expectations she was very polite and on time as well she gave me a more than fair price and did everything i asked and then some my house is the cleanest it’s been for a while her attention to detail was on point and she had cleaned a-lot of little things i did expect her to i would recommend her and her staff to family and friends and i look forward to steadily coming back i just wanted to say thanks and look forward to more business with her company in the future thank you for your service
