This year 2024 has been hotter than a lot of previous years and our A/C and Furnace was installed by Ernie Parks in 1976 and finally went bad. We called Josh Rice at Parks and he came out and gave us a great estimate, we told him to go ahead and order it.....well today it was installed professionally, and expertly. If you need a new A/C unit or furnace Parks is the one to call.

Could not have asked for a better experience. Price to install a brand new heating and air system was very reasonable, and Josh went above and beyond my expectations. When opportunities arose where some contractors might nickel and dime the customer to death, Josh handled them himself and refused to alter the agreed upon price. I’d recommend their services to ANYONE needing any kind of work done on an HVAC system.Services: HVAC maintenance

We have had issues two issues with our heater not working over the past few years. The unit was installed by Park’s prior to us purchasing the home. Both times Josh has been able to fit us in the same day. He is kind and professional. We were lucky that both repairs were easy fixes and the cost was very fair. He even showed my husband what ge did to correct the issue so if it happens again we can repair it ourselves. I highly recommend this company.
