These guys were great, I called on Monday and they worked me in that same day, the lady I spoke too was very nice and friendly. She called to let me know when the driver would be there, and the driver was here in that amount of time. The driver was very friendly and informative. I highly recommend them! Thank you so much!!!

Let me just say I have never met a man like Sam that is from a company that is talking to a woman and not treating her like she’s not intelligent. Sams knowledge is unbelievable! I had pulled off what I thought it was the cap to our septic tank, it wasn’t it. Sam pulled out a shovel, and started digging within maybe 6 inches from what I thought was the cap. and just like that he was able to find our septic lid! Sam was able to advise me on a possible clog in our lines and gave me a good friends number that does plumbing work that he personally knows. Sam’s knowledge is the reason in 2 years I will be calling Ohio Valley Septic to come back to the house!! Sam went above and beyond! Thank you Sam, safe travels!

Sam is so nice. He was very efficient and helped us understand more about our system and how it works. We are in a unique situation with our septic leach bed not being finished, they have pumped it for us when it starts to get full and have been easy to work with. Sam has gone out of his way to make sure we are taken care of. Ohio Valley Septic has been fantastic. Highly recommend their services.
