Family Healthcare Associates is a healthcare provider known for its great doctors and caring staff. The doctors, such as Mike and Ashley, are adored by patients, especially children. However, the practice has faced some issues with its front desk staff and occasional early closures. Overall, the practice is praised for its personalized care and commitment to patients' well-being.
The Nurses & PA s make it an incredibly approachable experience. The environment revolves around hearing the patients. So glad I found them! Will continue to go out of my way to be seen @this location in McDowell.
Doctors there are great. Mike and Ashley are absolutely adored by my kids. However, there hours of operation say 9-5 and on multiple occasions they lock the doors more than 15 minutes early and turn off the phones. The front desk staff are good for the most part. The young blond lady that works the front is often distracted by her cell phone and has ignored us on several occasions to take payment for co-pays and/or help us get school excuses as we are leaving which is frustrating. But despite the few frustrations, they are overall very good and very caring.
They have the absolute best Drs and staff. Your never rushed, they take the time to listen and work together with you to do what's best for your health and well being. I don't have anxiety when I have a Drs appt anymore and that's saying alot. Y'all are the best....
