“I had a thermostat installed today. Excellent customer service. Returned my call within a few minutes, to set up a appointment. Two technicians showed up on time and called before my scheduled appointment. Extremely professional and explained my problem. Turned out it was a simple fuse, in my furnaces motherboard. Honest evaluation and didn't try to upsell or rip me off. Very very reasonable price to fix the fuse, and replace the thermostat. The technicians were definitely old school and the quality of work, was top notch. If you are looking for a fantastic heating and cooling company, look no further. Mike and his co worker explained everything to me and as a novice, I actually learned something today, at no additional cost.
