When I was sick a couple of times they was on the phone with the Dr's making sure I was taken care of. I honestly can say they were wonderful ladies!“

“Exceptional customer service from Heritage Home Care. As a caregiver for my father I take him to doctor appointments and depend on using his wheelchair for mobility. I recently had a problem with the wheelchair which created difficulties getting to a recent appointment. I called Heritage and they told me to come by and they’ll take care of it for me. There was no hesitation or “we’ll see what we can do” that you typically get from other places I stopped by 10 minutes prior to store closing hours and the entire staff on hand was welcoming and concerned for my issues. They understood the challenges and stress of being a caregiver and made it clear they were going to help me. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a reliable, quality wheelchair to assist my father. Within 20 minutes I was out the door.
