The entire team here has been incredibly polite, making me feel truly welcomed and comfortable. Amy Thomas, the therapist I am working with, is fantastic – she genuinely listens and cares. I'm so glad I found this place!

I have been attending Seneca for months. Thankfully I am still around because of my progress at Seneca. The staff takes time to recognize you and your specific issues. The mobile crisis response is of top notch. I can always access help when I need them.... They care. Thank you Amy. Awesome

The girl who answers the phone after hours needs a lesson on how to talk to people needing information. If you're working with the public, especially people who are seeking help, you need to learn to be polite to people & not give a rude "uh-huh".
