Mike is not an actual REALTOR with the national association of realtors. He represented me as the buyer, failed to explain or offer a contingency inspection period. Which is a violation of WV law. Then when foundation issues were found after the inspection, refused to give my earnest money back to me. And btw, I've never had any other agent ask for earnest money elsewhere in WV. He's basically a used car salesman pretending to be a realtor. BUYER BEWARE. House is 499 VANDALE FORK, SPENCER WV. If anyone would like the home inspection. I WILL PROVIDE IT FOR FREE. Because I do not want someone else to be scammed!
Melinda was so wonderful! We were looking for some land and live out of state. It was so nice to have a local realtor to count on. She found us the perfect property and was such a gracious tour guide to get us familiar with the area. The whole Old Fences team were great to work with!
