“I am an established patient of Dr Tina Ngoc Tran Ly’s. I have been going there for the past 5 months. I can say that she is VERY caring and diligent of my health risks and concerns. The most impressive example I have is this:My blood pressure has been running high since I’ve had covid. On my first visit to see her she sent me to the ER due to my BP being 190/112. I was placed on Lisinopril… well, I complained of my kidneys hurting to her and she right away did blood work that indicated the medication was the issue. I saw that she had left me a message to stop taking it and prescribed a different medication on the MyHealth portal around 1AM!!! I was impressed that she was up working on it so late. I feel cared about by my PCP. I can’t speak on any of the other Dr’s at that office but Tina Ly is TOP NOTCH and if she is taking new patients… I absolutely recommend her.“

“My granddaughter was attacked by a pitbull. She was taken immediately to Cabell. They took care of what they could but she had to be transported to CAMC for surgery. She received amazing care from Dr. O and his staff. She was so very well taken care of. She was placed on 5th floor trauma peds. Those ladies were fantastic! They all took such great re of her. I am so very grateful. Everyone was absolutely amazin to Willow and myself. She was definitely blessed with the best care. My family and I are eternally grateful. Ty all!“
